Here is what you do:

Draw and cut ghost head out of white soft-foam two times (see pattern). Draw and cut eyes out of black soft-foam. Glue eyes on one head. Draw eyebrows and mouth on ghost with a marker as shown on pattern. Draw and cut hands out of white craft foam four times. (see pattern)
Glue 2 hands together with both the outer round parts of the hanger in between.
Cut a small hole at bottom center of trash bag. Slide coat hanger into trash bag, and push the hook through the opening. Cut 3-inch wide streamers along the bottom edge of the trash bag up to the bottom of the coat hanger. For hanging place ends of the string together and tie a knot around the hook of the hanger. Glue the ghost heads together with the coat hanger and string between the two heads.
