This craft is very easy to make even for the smallest hands. Put a generous amount of glue onto the outside and top of plastic cup. Cover cup with paper napkin and press onto cup. Cut two circles out of black construction paper and glue wiggly eyes on top. Glue eyes on covered paper cup and draw ghost face with black marker.
