Here is what you do:

Trace and cut ghost hand and face pattern out of white craft foam. Attach one hand to the thread and string pearls onto half of the thread. (Or use christmas tree pearl string) Cut a square out of white fabric or use big paper napkin and make a knot in one corner. Push needle through knot and continue adding the pearls. Attach other hand on the end of the pearl string with the needle. (Make sure to make strong knots) Attach the body to the head of the ghost. Attach ghost head in the middle of wire hanger and attach both hands on both ends of hanger. (see illustration)
