Here is what you do:

This craft was my son's favorite. Trace CD and cut circle out of white craft foam. Make a knot at the end of string and place it between the CD and the white foam circle. Glue circle on CD. Decorate the vampire's face with foam pieces and marker. For the nose use a red pompom. Cut a rectangle piece big enough for the vampire's cape out of a black trash bag. Tie a string around the top part to make a collar. (See illustration) Glue press collar onto the back of CD. Hang the vampire from the ceiling.
