Here is what you do:

Cut paper plate in half. Paint paper plate orange. Trace and cut witch pattern out of craft foam or construction paper. (see pattern) Glue the witch pieces together as shown. Decorate witch face. Use colored raffia or yarn for the hair. Glue finished witch on the back of the paper plate. (see illustration). Glue witch hands on top of paper plate. Print and cut Happy Halloween text and glue it on paper plate. Make holes in each site of paper plate and thread raffia or wire through and make a knot. Hang your witch at the door or from a wall.
